You talk to the person doing the work
There's no service advisor here, no ticket queue, no one reading you a script. You describe what the bike is doing to the same people who will have it on the lift an hour later. That's the whole reason the reviews read the way they do.
It also means we can tell you things a bigger shop can't afford to. That the noise you're worried about is normal. That the repair costs more than the bike is worth. That you could do this one yourself in your garage on a Saturday, and here's how.
If we can talk you through it over the phone, that's a good outcome for us too.
Straight pricing, in advance
We diagnose the actual problem before quoting, then call with the number. Nothing gets done until you approve it. The most common thing customers write about us — after "honest" — is that the bill came in at or under what they were told. That isn't an accident; it's what happens when you quote off a diagnosis instead of a guess.
Part of the local riding scene
We've hosted the local MSF group's classroom sessions, helped load bikes for customers who were moving out of town, and sorted out more than a few travelers who limped in off the highway with a tire showing cord. Bryan and College Station is a small enough town that doing right by people is also just good business.
